ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
- Free delivery for orders over €75 in France and 50,000 CFA in Senegal.
- Applicable shipping fees will be indicated before order confirmation.
- If the client provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information, additional charges may apply.
- Customers are required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. If damaged, the package should be refused.
ARTICLE 5 – RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
In compliance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code:
- You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition, including all packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a confirmed defect.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Personalized products or items opened for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return.
ARTICLE 6 – LEGAL GUARANTEES
Our products are covered by the following legal guarantees:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code).
