RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with intact packaging.
- Damaged or incomplete items (not due to our error) will not be refunded.
- Process :
- Send a request to returns@tokibona.com with your order number.
- You will receive confirmation and further instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Order Error:
If an error occurred with your order, contact us the same day via with your order number: - We will provide a prompt solution.
Refunds
- Procedure:
- Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Delays or Delivery Issues :
- No refunds will be issued until the product is returned.
- In case of delays, contact the carrier or your local post office directly.
