    • Orders placed before 6 PM are prepared and shipped the same day (unless otherwise notified of additional delays).
    • Shipping: available every day, from Monday to Sunday (including suburbs).
  • Other regions:
    • Order preparation: within 24/48 hours.
    • Shipping: the weekly shipping schedule will be communicated to you.

IVOIRY COST (ONLY ABIDJAN):

  • Order preparation: within 24/48 hours.
  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with the carrier’s details (GP) will be sent to you.
  • The weekly shipping schedule will be shared with you.

MAINLAND FRANCE

  • Order preparation: within 24/48 hours, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Chronopost home or pick-up point delivery: orders placed before 1 PM will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day before 1 PM.
  • A confirmation email, including a tracking number, will be sent once your order is shipped, allowing you to track your package in real time. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order has been confirmed.
  • Shipping: available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
