ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

  • Free delivery for orders over €75 in France and 50,000 CFA in Senegal.
  • Applicable shipping fees will be indicated before order confirmation.
  • If the client provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information, additional charges may apply.
  • Customers are required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. If damaged, the package should be refused.

ARTICLE 5 – RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

In compliance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code:

  • You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a confirmed defect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Personalized products or items opened for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return.

ARTICLE 6 – LEGAL GUARANTEES

Our products are covered by the following legal guarantees:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code).
  • Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
    In case of a defect, you may request repair, replacement, or a refund.
